The Communication Plan outlines what efforts the company will take to communicate to their shareholders and how often. Within this communication plan there are several communication effort listed including:
Annual E-newsletter- Looks back at the prior year’s business numbers (profit, investments, and investors), improvements, and accomplishments, acknowledges all stakeholders and company appreciation, and highlights visually yearly events that have gone by and community events coming up in the current year.
Employee Virtual Survey- Rates working conditions, conflict management, satisfaction, challenges, faith in the company and other feedback the employee would like to give
Supplier Meetings- Discuss worker conditions, where materials are resourced from and potential improvements.Outreach Program- Teaches principles of sustainable and renewable principles in a visual and hands-on approach with crowd engagement including solar panel display and explanation and an open forum for crowd to give suggestions.
Business e-newsletter- Current business numbers Challenges currently being worked out, current improvements, any predictions or future plans
Hands on Training Experience- Teaching and learning renewable and solar energy principles with the communityHands-on Learning- seminars which use hands- on approach to optimize learning and participation.
Green Festival – Provides a venue where different stakeholders can come together and see future visions, experience hands on seminars, and network. Also features local charity drives, local vendors (food, art, music) which promote renewable energy and a sustainable future.
Customer e-newsletter- Renewable energy news, product updates and new products as well as maintenance peak results information .
$5 Challenge- Earn $5 a week for 1 current event relating to solar energy with verbal or written explanation or come up with an innovative design or process pertaining to the company or directly to solar energy. Outstanding articles/ideas are showcased in community and customer e-newsletter
